JOIN OUR WAITLIST Like wild fermentation, natural cheesemaking teaches us how to use farm-fresh milk’s resident ecology to transform milk into delicious, healthy cheese. Join Lea, a local natural cheesemaker, for an introduction to this old but new way of making cheese. We will snack on warm ricotta while making our take home haloumi.
